1.What's the warranty part of Interiors and construction works?

Interiors with 5 years warranty against raw materials manufacturering defects and 5yrs of warranty on construction on structural stability and material manufactures warranty if any.

2.What's the approx timeline for 2bhk Interiors?

6 to 8 weeks will be tentative timelines, it subjective to the quantum of works and design parameters.

3. What's the approx timeline for 3bhk Interiors?

8 to 10 weeks will be tentative timelines, it subjective to the quantum of works and design parameters.

4.What's the approx timeline for design and constructing a 30x40 site duplex house?

8 to 10 months will be tentative timelines, it subjective to the quantum of works and design parameters.

5.How costing will be defined for a 2bhk and 3 bhk house?

2 bhk basic cost starts from 3.99 Lac and 3bhk starts from 4.99 Lac, which includes TV Unit, Modular kitchen, wall units, upper loft, room wardrobes, loft, Pooja/ crockery unit and a Shoe rack

6.What will be the design and construction costing for a project?

It will be defined based on scope of work, however for a generalized design and concepts vost per Sq.ft starts from 1950/- and 3% of the project cost shall be charged for design and consultation
